A learning journey. Asking for His Grace.

I have been on an interesting journey with God. You will see from my blogs and my story it’s been a story of ups and downs diversions and distractions.

I have come to a conclusion, that whatever our situation in life, we cannot hold things together ourselves. We cannot carry things in our own strengths. If we carry on trying like this it will affect everyone close to us and around us, we need God to carry our weakness and struggles, it’s OK to admit we have them. Don’t go giving yourself a headache thinking you have to get through things on your own. It’s not good for you!

The last few weeks, I have been dwelling on relying on God for the smallest thing. I think sometimes in this world we can want so many big things and material things that we forget that a small thing can change our lives and make a big difference, we forget that God himself is enough so why do we want so many other things for our satisfaction all the time?

If you feel, that you are struggling at the moment to get through the day. Don’t be afraid to ask God for help, remember He is there to guide you and lead you to a better place. We learn from the things we go through in life, but it’s best not to dwell on our mistakes and getting upset by them (although yes I admit it’s hard sometimes not to isn’t it!)

Continually ask for His direction, and continually ask for His Grace. You will notice a difference and a change, I have.

God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work.
2 Corinthians 9:8
